Le chat unearthed from the max pittion archives of the 1940’s is a medium-weight super cat style: dipped in the nose with heavy skiving that starts at one connection following the shape of the frame right through to the other connection.
Deep and lovely. The lens shape is tweaked in, and the bottom is rounded with a deep tv cut. The connections are squared off and sit high on the front.
The front is triple riveted with brass pins, the side horizontal double pins. A heavy 5-barrel brass hinge is the connective action of the frame. The temple shape moves back straight and articulates down just before the ear area then ends in a squared round tip.
